The carer’s meeting is an informal and confidential group which offers support, practical advice, and a range of skilled palliative care speakers to carers and families of our patients who are suffering from a terminal illness.

Any member of staff from the Palliative Care Team will also gladly refer you to the above group, or if you prefer, please feel free to contact the number below for further information or self-referral.

Light refreshments provided.
