- 10 in patient beds
- Hospice @ Home service 7 days a week
- Respite Bed in Nursing Home, managed by Hospice @ Home
- Nurse led day services
- Medical assessments – domiciliary and out patient
- Complimentary therapies (in patient, out patient and domiciliary)
- Physiotherapy
- Chaplaincy/spiritual care
- Lymphoedema clinic
- Bereavement service
- Education centre
Please note: the Community Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist team are part of the PCT and not part of the Hospice although we work closely together providing clinical and some admin support to them.
Patient Group: Any adult with a life-limiting illness.
Delivery of care: is based on assessed symptom need whether it is physical, psychological or social.
Catchment area: The area surrounding Eastbourne extending to Seaford in the west, Pevensey in the East and Uckfield to the North

MDT Meeting frequency: Weekly – Tuesdays for in patient unit
Referral criteria: We accept written / faxed referral from any Health Professional involved in patient care, Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialists; Hospital Doctors and Cancer MDT meetings, GPs and District Nurses. Out of area referrals for in-patient stay are also considered when there is a clear identified need.
